PhoneToBook ("we", "us", or "our") operates the PhoneToBook mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your information.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We collect information you provide directly, as well as information generated automatically when you use the App.
a) Account information
When you sign in using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from the respective identity provider. We store this to identify your account and communicate with you.
b) Photos you select
You choose photos from your device's camera roll to include in a photo book order. These photos are uploaded to our servers solely for the purpose of printing your book. We do not access, analyze, or retain any photos you did not explicitly select for an order.
c) Order information
When you place an order we collect: the product type and options you selected (cover style, page count, title), the list of photos you included, and your shipping address within the United States.
d) Payment information
Payments are processed through PayPal. We do not collect or store your credit card number or full payment details. We receive a transaction confirmation from PayPal once payment is successful.
e) Device and usage information
We may collect limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, and general usage logs. This information is used only to maintain and improve the App.

We retain your account information and order history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services to you. Uploaded photos are deleted from our servers after your order has been completed and shipped. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Photo uploads use encrypted HTTPS connections. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at phonetobook@naver.com and we will delete it promptly.

The App is operated from the Republic of Korea. If you are located outside Korea, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in Korea and the United States. By using the App, you consent to such transfer and processing.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through the App. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
